Ecology, herbs and welfare, allow yourself to one day of inspiration from enterprising women who will share with you their lives along the road 223. A day trip between 9.30 am - 16.30 pm. The tour begins at Gisela and Evelinas café Östergård with coffee and sandwich, followed by biking to Ånsunds Gård where Annette talks about ecological farming. From there, canoeing over lake Runviken to Lövsund where Clara serves lunch from locally produced ingredients. Mindfulness at one of Swedens largest Viking graves, Uppsa Kulle. A herb-walk to Inneberga Gård, where the tour is finished with coffee/tea and a talk from Åsa, about fulfilling dreams and goals. Price: 1380 SEK per person including VAT. The price includes guided tour, picnic, hire of bike and canoe as well as lunch and refreshments. A half day trip, 9.30 am - 13.30 pm. Option 1: Cycling, canoeing and lunch. Trip starts at Café Östergården and finishes at Lövsund. The price includes rent of bike, canoe, lunch and coffe. Option 2: Historic hike, mindfulness session and lunch. Trip starts at Inneberga and finishes at Lövsund. Price 850 SEK per person including VAT. The price includes guided tour, mindfulness session, lunch and refreshments After the trip there is an opportunity to go shopping in several stores along the road 223. To round off the day you can have dinner at the well-known Restaurant Gnesta Strand, on the beach of lake Frösjön. Meals prepared from local ingredients will be served.
